While we always do our best, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or profits. Our advice is based on the information you provide and our best professional judgment. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on our advice or for any losses that happen outside of our direct control. We're here to guide, not to take over your business risks.
10. Ending Our Agreement
Either you or AURAFIELD LLC can end a service agreement, usually by giving written notice as specified in the individual project agreement. If an agreement is ended, you will still need to pay for any services already provided up to that point. We'll handle this fairly and clearly.
11. Law That Applies
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, where AURAFIELD LLC is registered. However, we always operate with a strong understanding of Czech business practices and regulations. We will always try to resolve any disagreements fairly and respectfully, perhaps even over a good Czech coffee, before resorting to legal action.
